This gin from Three Cuts is expertly crafted with three individual cuttings of rose which then goes on to be distilled into the base of this floral gin. It’s blended with pristine Tassie water, and a mix of fresh lime and lemon, juniper, green cardamom and white peppercorns. If you’re worried about a gin that is reminiscent of potpourri you can set your worries aside. It’s incredibly crafted and well balanced.
