7k Distillery Tasmanian Raspberry Gin
The 7k Distillery uses a still that was built by hand by their owner, Tyler. It’s one of the few stills we’ve ever seen created by the person who then went on to use it.
The interview with Tyler has been delayed due to COVID isolation requirements of the Box Bar team and is scheduled for the week of 11 April. We look forward to sharing more about this distillery with by around 15 April.
