Manly Spirits Barrel Aged Gin (Cask02)

Description

An intricate distilling process comes together for this unique gin from Manly Spirits that brings together a one of a kind union between gin and whisky.
Expect the nose on this one to carry notes of vanilla, an oaky pine with a hint of pepper. The flavour profile will not disappoint, with sweet oranges, dried fruit and oak to round it out.
Once the distilling is complete the gin is housed in a sherry cask for 20 months (a similar process to how whisky is made) at the point of bottling a small amount of Manly Spirits whisky is added to the gin to complete the flavour profile.

Complex and gold come to mind when trying to sum this up.

One for sipping, alternatively a good addition to a smokey cocktail.
