Big River Distilling Co. Cinn Gin

We’re sure this experimental Cinnamon style gin will divide the crowd. A very unique list of botanicals feature in this one: apple, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and star anise, but deliberately missing the citrus.

In our opinion this one evokes a Christmas vibe with the warmth and spiciness it features. A slightly different distillation process here too from this ACT distillery. Each botanical is distilled individually and reintroduced to specific concentration amounts to a classic juniper foundation.

We think this one is pretty delicious served with a dry spicy ginger ale to offset the spices but feel free to enjoy this one neat if that’s more your thing.

It’s a gin sure to warm you up and make the tongue tingle.
