Straight from Kangaroo Island comes Wild Gin.
Showing testament to the iconic islands’ rugged and wild landscape this gin is made with a hit of double juniper, first the Australian native, Boobialla- Myoporum insulare and then a good Italian common juniper.
Wild gin is lovingly crafted in small batches (just 80lt at a time) in a copper still, and to double down on the craft process Wild Gin is distilled using the basket distillation process.
