Laceys Hill Australian Dry Gin

Laceys Hill Distilling Co. is located 39km from the Brisbane CBD. They describe themselves as local artisans, producing spirits entirely from scratch at their distillery – something that we’re excited to say is becoming more common in Australia but is still a relative rarity for distilleries to ferment, distil and rectify their spirit all the way from beginning to end.

Up until recently you’d find their products almost exclusively in Brisbane, and not far beyond. We’re pretty excited at Box Bar to be one of the first forays for Lacey’s Hill Distilling Co to send their gin more broadly around Australia.
