Opening in 2009, Sipsmith became the first copper pot distillery to open in London for nearly 200 years. And while we don’t want to downplay this gin (because it’s definitely a good one), it’s a classic gin – London dry through and through. Citrus driven with all the noble botanicals, Sipsmith makes a great house gin for any home gin shelf.
